What kind of coaching do you want?
Let me know how you prefer to stay in contact and how often. There are basically three choices:
1. Go your own pace with the online program and checkin when you need me.
2. Weekly email support more tailored to you as an individual.
3. Casually text a couple times a week to keep accountability going and celebrations frequent. 🎊 🎉
