Thank you for choosing Edge Yoga School for your 200-hour yoga teacher training! Here are some details about your training. We look forward to walking alongside you on this journey. 

What to bring:

Yoga Mat, Water, Snacks/Lunch, Notebook/Journal, Training Manual, Love in your heart and curiosity in your mind. Please bring a meal that does not need to be heated and can be taken with you. Please be sure to be mindful of studio etiquette and refrain from perfumes, heavy food scents, cigarette smoke or the like. Holding a space for training is our first priority.


Please register for your training days each month on MinBody. We are listed under "Power Edge." Registration is first come, first serve, and our sessions do sell out. It is a good idea to register out as far as possible, and be sure to cancel online if you cannot make a session. When you arrive at the studio, please checkin to ensure you receive credit for attendance. Be sure to keep a log of your attendance.

Most weeks we offer training:

Mondays & Wednesdays 7:30-9pm

Fridays 7:30-9pm (Twice monthly)

Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays 11:30-3:30pm

Sundays *as scheduled

You may also earn additional hours by attending classes listed on the public schedule. You will be required to submit a journal reflection of these classes with your graduation petition. See the schedule for availability and pricing. You may purchase a ten-pack on MindBody for $250.

You must register to attend training. There is no training on holiday weeks to allow our staff time to enjoy with their families. Schedule is subject to change based on need.


Be sure to keep a training log of your hours and reach out to us once you have earned one hundred hours, at which time we will create a graduation plan for you. Graduation is held periodically throughout the year. To graduate, a student must complete 180 hours, along with the entire syllabus for the course. They must also submit ten hours of homework and a book report to reach 200 hours of training.

Optional Course:

We have partnered with Leslie Kaminoff and Amy Matthews to provide you with their online program: Yoga Anatomy Fundamentals. Those who choose to enroll in this course may do so by emailing us. The cost of the course is $349 and earns 20 of the 180 training hours. HERE

Things to know:

·     You may purchase a printed copy of the manual for $89.  

·     Please be sure to bring a notebook for taking notes.

·     We are located at the corner of 87th & Modaff, inside Modaff Plaza.

·     There are ten hours of anatomy homework to graduate from the course.

·     A book report will be required prior to graduation. 

·     Lapse in attendance for over one month’s time without written approval is an automatic withdrawal from the program. We will make every effort to work with you to ensure completion of the program.

Payment Plans:

If you are enrolled in a payment plan, the payment will be drafted monthly. A $35 fee will be incurred automatically if the payment fails. Please be sure to keep your credit card information updated so that we may continue to offer this service. Three failed payments will result in balance due in full or suspension

Your homework must be submitted via Dropbox HERE. Please be sure to name your file to include the name of the assignment and your last name.
