Diving Deeper with Jessica Jayne
Reconnecting You to Your Inner Guru
Jessica Jayne is a devoted yoga teacher and creative writer— known for her open heart, loving vibration, and curious nature.
She is a Registered Yoga Teacher who is here in the service of love. In her teachings, she brings forth a devotional and exploratory approach to Asana, breathwork, chanting, and meditation; that is anchored in expanding awareness and opening the heart.
Her teaching style can be best described as a playful approach to trauma-informed, Hatha style yoga, all in alignment with the Bhakti path and Tantric teachings. She has studied with multiple teachers of various lineages, including James Fox of the Prison Yoga Project and Nikki Meyers of Yoga of Twelve Step Recovery.
She believes deeply in the power of prayer and play. Her sadhana (spiritual practice) comes in many forms— including Kirtan, writing, teaching, praying, dancing, and offering every moment to the Divine.
Her intention as a teacher is to hold a safe space for these practices, and guide others so deeply inside of themselves that they access their inner guru— and remember what lives within their heart.
She is honored to be able to share these transformational teachings and witness the unfolding of the collective liberation.
